Budner S.A. issues bonds worth PLN 25,000,000 intended for development and financing of investment operations. The company plans construction of student houses and apartments for rent.

Budner S.A. continues its development and operations in the hitherto existing areas, focusing on the provision of services of general contracting of 3D construction works. In addition, the company observes a dynamic growth in new segments of the market, pursuing investment developer projects in cooperation with external investors and the student hotel projects. More facilities with micro-suites and apartments for rent are created throughout the country. The share of the Company in this market is an important element of the company’s development strategy for the future – Budner S.A. straggles to achieve a position in this segment by developing the projects of finished apartments for rent, which it implements in the turn-key „Design and Build” system. Furthermore, the Company plans to create a network of student houses called „Dwell Well”.
