Budner S.A. is one of key Warsaw companies on the building market in Poland. In January 2017, the company will change its name to Fundamental Group in connection with its dynamic development and following the innovative solutions. Its profile will be supplemented with additional strategic activities which are to foster a quicker and continued development of the company. The company will be managed by the previous management personnel, which for a dozen of years have created the history of the Budner’s success.

The Fundamental Group will continue its development and operations in the hitherto existing areas, focusing on provision of services of general contracting of the 3D construction works which brought the market fame and acknowledgement to Budner S.A. The organization and qualified personnel, which constitute the greatest value of the company, will remain unchanged.

We have specific plans for the further development – the target structure is designed to finally make a debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange by the end of 2018, says Leszek Stankiewicz, Vice President of the Management Board of Budner S.A.

The new company name refers directly to a „foundation”, a word referring to the beginning, providing stability of the whole structure. Our foundation is first of all 25 years of experience in implementation of a wide scope of works – from the rough, through renovations and adaptations, to advanced finishing works and the most complex services, says Leszek Stankiewicz.

Winning new and technologically complex contracts is to be achieved through implementation of the new growth strategy based on experienced staff being the foundation of a strong team. Fundamental Group means therefore stability, reliability, modernity, high quality, professionalism and partnership in business, comments Leszek Stankiewicz, Vice President of the Management Board of Budner S.A.

Expanding operations in the industrial area is a strategic operation.

Additionally, the company plans to dynamically develop in new segments of the market, concentrating, among others, on investment buildings. More and more facilities with micro-suites and apartments for rent are created in Poland. Participating in this sector is the strategy of the company for the future – Fundamental Group will straggle to achieve a very good position in the industry by developing the projects of finished apartments for rent implemented in the turn-key „Design and Build” system. Additionally, the company plans construction of student houses – at the first stage, two in Warsaw and one in Kraków.

We also plan to adapt some of our projects for utilization prefabrication, says Robert Jelonek, Member of the Management Board of Budner S.A. The structures made of prefabricated elements are durable, environmentally friendly and cheap in operation.

In addition, an important element of the Fundamental Group’s strategy is the expansion of the scope of the company’s operations to include the infrastructure sector.
