Fundamental Group, one of the leading Warsaw companies on the construction market in Poland, is developing the investment Sienna 65 Apartments for Yareal.

Fundamental Group is the general contractor for a 10-storey residential building located in the centre of Warsaw at 65 Sienna Street, which will be BREEAM certified. The investment fits perfectly into the surroundings and at the same time it is distinguished by its elegant architecture. The facade, finished with noble materials, and the wooden windows harmonize with the character of this unique project. On the top floor there is a terrace with a view of the city centre planned.

Construction works on the Sienna 65 Apartments investment started in July this year. The 33-meter high building is going to contain 80 flats – comfortable, bright and functional apartments with balconies of various areas, from one-room, ergonomic studio spaces to comfortable, four-room apartments with an area of over 100 sqm. In addition, the building is going to have a 2-level underground garage with 61 parking spaces with the possibility of installing personal charging stations for electric cars with individual meters for each owner.

Sienna 65 Apartments is a building made in the technology of diaphragm wall with steel-pipe strutting and a part of reinforced concrete bracing slab. At present, diaphragm walls have been made and an excavation along with the installation of steel struts is in progress. Construction works are also entering the stage of making the foundation slab. – Mateusz Olender, an Engineer of Fundamental Group, comments.

Completion of construction is planned for the first quarter of 2020.
